Today’s episode is a milestone. Back in March 2020, when COVID shut down my community yoga class, I discovered Yoga with Adriene. I started at the beginning with the very first video and as of this morning, have worked through all 741 of them, saving 124 to my personal playlist along the way. Thank you Adriene. It’s been quite a journey, one who has just begun.

Great way to start the day!!! So many people end up getting hips replaced!!!! So fortunate that at the young age of 75 (!) I have sound hips!!!! Been doing yoga with Adriene for as many years she’s been on KZfaq Love goes out to all of my fellow yogis (Benji is such a sweet addition)❤ 🙏🏼

Wow... thank you for this. I had a tough time sleeping last night because my hips were bothering me. I woke up and saw this notification and thought "this is absolutely for me!" It helped ground me on this Monday morning.

Adrienne, would you consider a 30 day series of 12-15 min each session of Bedtime Yoga where you use a pillow/blanket? You have a few that I find makes such a difference to end the day but 30 days of practice would be wonderful!

This video was released just in time for me. I have been having problems with my hips for years. I'm young, 26, but I'm overweight with long history of horse riding that did a number on my joints, but especially hips. I have been more active and eating better since January, as part of my depression and anxiety recovery, and for about a week, my right hip was bothering me when lying down (I tend to sleep on my right hip every single night). For a few days, I was thinking I should really find time to look on your videos, because it seems like you have yoga video for everything. And here it is, without even looking!

Thank you so much for this practice! I had breast cancer surgery 10 days ago but my hips seem to have become stiff. I had double breast and lymph node surgery so I modified the practice to accommodate my sore body. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏼

This worked wonderfully in the evening too, after a long day of sitting down in the office. Nice, soft pace to get the stress and the anxiety levels down but still some movement and stretching to get the blood flowing. I appreciate your gentle practices so much, thank you Adriene and of course Benji! 💛

I have SUPER tight hips as a runner and I did this after a 9 mile run and it was perfect; if anything I probably wish it was a little longer. This is great! Thank you
