Morning mobility routine - Full body routine in about 10 minutes.
Good habits can be simple to add into your life and setting the alarm 10 minutes early to drink some water and move a little is something your future self will love you for!

Never really moved in the morning in a mobility fashion, I just tried this, strangely difficult after just waking up but feels great after. Thank you.
