This is an awesome full body kettlebell workout with one kettlebell that includes your warmup and will be done in less than 20 minutes, or you could skip the warmup and be done in 15!
All of these moves are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced kettlebell users so just grab a kettlebell that you’re comfortable with and follow along with me!

@@TheKB6 did it a couple days ago- went well, found the rest periods were adequate with the 20kg bell, and was able to complete all of it. Found the overhead press difficult though! It always feels a little awkward to me! Definitely adding this workout to my rotation, felt like I hit the whole body! Thanks man.

@@hkplaymad That’s great I’ll have to record some more. What kind of a kettle bell collection do you have at home? And do you do any shoulder mobility to help with the overhead stuff?

@@TheKB6 Ive got a 16 and a 20 only atm but the collection is growing! I do some shoulder work with a resistance band before i work out, and I mostly like to train swings snatches etc, so im looking for more stuff like this with more presses squats and rows etc

Can I get a physique like yours from kettlebells and body weight exercise alone? I’m trying to figure out whether I can get big arms and shoulders from these types of exercises. I appreciate the consistent information you share been following you for a little while. Giving thanks

Thanks for asking… it’s a common question and the answer is yes, however you’d have to focus on nutrition to end up with a physique you can ‘see’ and you’d have to use your kettlebell a little more like a bodybuilder to help develop big arms. Think about this. If towards the end of a workout like this one, you did 4 sets of 8 really challenging curls, skull crushers and or strict shoulder press then you’d be focusing on hypertrophy which would help you with your goal!
