Join us for an epic morning ocean adventure in False Bay! We woke up bright and early to start our day at 6am and began our 4km surf ski paddle in Fish Hoek just after 7am. The ocean conditions were choppier than we anticipated at the start, but they improved towards the end of our paddle, giving us a thrilling experience.
After finishing our paddle, we met up with our swim team for a 2km ocean swim at Long Beach in Simon's Town. While the swimming conditions were challenging, we found them enjoyable and invigorating. Our morning ocean adventure left us feeling exhausted yet satisfied, reminding us of the beauty and rejuvenating power of the ocean.
