🌅 Morning Rituals to Start Your Day Blissed Out 🌅
Here are my favorite morning rituals that regulate my nervous system and emotions, all in less than 30 minutes. Let’s set the stage for an amazing day!
1. Light Pulling: 🌞 Begin by embracing the morning light. This practice not only regulates your internal clock but also activates your DNA and pineal gland, both of which have light receptors. Light is coded information that can enhance your healing. I scoop up my arms, gather the light, and pull it into my energetic field, inviting divine downloads and deeper insights.
2. Breathwork: 🌬️ Connect your heart and mind through intentional breathing. Inhale into your heart, follow the breath to your pineal gland, hold, and then exhale back to your heart, holding again. Use a 4-count for each phase. This rhythmic breathing harmonizes your heart and mind, guiding intuitive insights and promoting emotional regulation.
3. Movement: 🧘♀️ Activate your body with movement that resonates with you-be it walking, dancing, stretching, or yoga. Movement stimulates your nervous system and releases bliss hormones. A well-regulated nervous system is essential for accessing higher states of consciousness.
4. Nature Bathing and Grounding: 🌿 Reconnect with Mother Earth by immersing yourself in nature. Whether you’re grounding by walking barefoot on grass or simply spending time outdoors, this practice aligns your body with Earth’s frequency, stabilizing your physiology and fostering profound health benefits. If you can’t get outside, a PEMF mat can replicate these grounding effects indoors.
5. Cold Therapy: ❄️ Embrace the chill! End your shower with a minute of cold water, take a cold plunge, or immerse yourself in natural cold settings. Cold therapy boosts resilience and stress tolerance, invigorating your body and mind. This is my absolute favorite way to kickstart the day!
