As a dental hygienist for your brushing routine you should use mouthwash first to help break down , floss and then brush you will def feel the difference , and also drink your coffee and eat breakfast before your brushing routine ... love everything beautiful

I floss first because the food in between your teeth might stay in your mouth if you use mouthwash first, then scrape my tongue, rinse with mouthwash to get all the stuff out, and then brush my teeth. im not a dentist but that just what feels best for me and if you wanna breakdown any food i usually use water before flossing if i feel like it

@@JulianJr-jd5dh the water pik is great , to use before flossing because it helps loosen up to food make it easier to floss , but everything else I don’t recommend to do in that order

the glow getter body wash is great but it's really just for extra moisture purposes. if you want their wash that exfoliates for KP and texture, the glycolic one is best! I forget what it's called exactly but that one is better for brightening/exfoliating.

You should actually floss before you brush. That way, after you break up the food build-up you can scrub it out. Floss doesn't remove food, it only loosens it
