Good I learned Chinese first, all those sounds are in the Chinese as well, especially if you go up north in china all hao, harbin, hen, hu, hou, huo, zhe er dao,=(I)know … the colder it is the more they use them to unconsciously ask for pitty from the other person, is dialectal based on weather and geography … like saying - is verrrry cold out there … when one is coming inside and brush off the snow and cold and look for pitty from others to warm you with a nice reply, like are you hungry , I got soup, is hen re de, is very hot and emphasize back hen=very to the other person …. Now I am learning a little Moroccan Arabic! And I really like the melody of the language! 😃

I've been using most of these phrases for quite a few years now - I've been living in Morocco since 2014. Its not been easy to learn darija - mu husband speaks my language, my in-laws speak Spanish, I use English at work.. But I think I'm finally getting there :) Btw in Tetouan we speak a bit differently 😂 e.g kanbghik instead of tanbghik ;) but I still find your videos quite useful ;) shukran!

Salaam! Choukran bazaf! ) Please. go on, your lessons are perfect! I have a question. I've heard that it's best to learn Modern Standard Arabic first, and only then go on to Moroccan Darija, and that would be quick. What do you think about that? Thanks so much again for the lessons, llah ybark fik! (And, btw, are you marrakchi?)
@MohamedteachesArabic
@MohamedteachesArabic 9 ай бұрын
Hi Masksim, thanks for your comment, it's the opposite, it'll take you around 4 to 5 years to learn Modern standard Arabic and then transitionning to Moroccan Arabic, learning the dailect is quicker (around 6 months to a year).
