That was brilliant.I have owned 3 moggies ,changing window seals is a very difficult task.Cutting out the old seal always has that past the point of no return feel. Great to get help from the family!!!!

You got there in the end and that’s what it’s all about!! I’ve replaced every seal on a moggie including a split screen and know how easy it isn’t😫😫😫so well done 👍👍👍👍

Good job fella, been putting off putting my front and side glass back in, was tempted to pay and get it done, but they wanted £100 plus vat for just front 😢so I’ve left it for 3 years, pore car just sat in garage

Thank you, they came from moss motors eBay shop. Think they are a little more expensive direct though. They fitted nicely bits it’s a tough job.

@@rustenuts Yep. Looks awkward enough alright but your video is a good guide on what to expect. Its also good to know these seals are a good fit from from Moss. I have seen people complaining about bad fitment with some new seals leaking. That would be seriously annoying after going to all that effort!

When using cure rust rust converter you dont want to use it from the main pot, you want to pour a small amount into another pot or you will contaminate all of it making it useless the next time you need it. Once you have brushed it onto the rust the reaction starts and if you put the brush back into the pot the rest of the rust converter will eventually react
