Another example of why the 80s and the 90s had the best videos. They were entertaining, intruiging, funny and most of them relatively inexpensive to make.

FAKE NEWS! Moz hates the media & the media hates him - simply because it won't play their 'game' & sues them when they frequently misrepresent him - donating the proceeds he wins to animal charities. Morrissey's parents are actually Irish immigrants that moved to Manchester; Half his band are Mexican; he was honoured to be given the Key to the City of Tel Aviv, awarding him the Freedom of the City. His lyrics in 'American is Not the World, (released before Obama): 'But where the president Is never black, female or gay And until that day You've got nothing to say to me To help me believe' Check out Ganglord: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bq2fqt1lu5fHXWQ.html And 'Irish Blood, English Heart': kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gbGfhpiJmbmxoo0.html

I think the 'message' coming through the ouija board spelling STEVEN PUSH OFF is classic Morrissey. I remember when the song came out that the local free 'newspaper', which was mainly about adverts, found space to condemn this song in an article. I think it may have been the main front-page story, although I might be misremembering. I don't know whether to be depressed or amused about the people here in the comments trying to make serious points about Satanic symbolism in music...

I definitely miss the spark and vigor of his singles he released in these years. The early 90s gave us a variety of sounds and witty commentary with various plinks and plonks that created a “what will he do next” excitement. Before he slipped into his warm comfy rockabilly bed for the next decade or so...we had famous playboys taking interesting drugs while playing with monsters and ouija boards in November. Good times made greater, thank you Steven.
