I use white glue and a nail gun, but one can buy 'frame nailers' that are pnuematic automated floor-mount tools that make it super fast and super easy.

Matthew - I really don't know! But, I can tell you that from my experience in a wood shop for over 30 years, it would not be too tough to add a pneumatic cylinder and the requisite safety gear (to prevent it cycling when your fingers are in there!) It would need to have some sort of hold-down for the frame pieces so they don't roll or jump around. The same sort of machine is made by 'Jyden' (it's almost a vacuum-copy), so maybe the Morso or Jyden reseller's or mfgr's sites have a pneumatic version.
