When I saw it, I was amazed that they made it a reference! When Sub-Zero does his Fatality with the Ice Boomerang, it is almost scene perfect to how Tesai got killed by Jubei in the anime Ninja Scroll, right down to his puking blood before sliding down the blade! That blew my mind, well done, Ed Boon!

NRS gave Reptile as a gift to KZfaqrs, he’s a human character but with green blood so no demonetization. HOWEVER. I’m sure they knew Reptile would be a fan favorite in this timeline so they would also know that people wouldn’t like seeing him get fatalitied over and over again. TL;DR: Reptile is a double edged sword to KZfaqrs Edit: Then again, they could always just put D’Vorah back in this new timeline. Win-win, people hate her, and she is advertiser-friendly with her guts (pause).

Alguns até marcou história como alguns de MK1 (1992), MK2 e MK3 (1993-1995), como a pisada de Jax Briggs, a explosão C4 do Striker, o beijo da Sonya Blade, as esferas termonucleares de Cyrax (inspiração ao Smoke mk3), enfim...sou "mortalmaníaco" desde a primeira versão da franquia até a versão Mk9 (komplete edition), ou seja, acompanhei toda a evolução. É impressionante a evolução de cada título. Show!!
