It’s kinda heartwarming how, after getting no respect from his country after coming home from Nam, Rambo gets out in a world where he is nearly universally respected. Characters even acknowledge that Rambo is a good man at heart

I really like how none of them try and take away from what Rambo went through as if to say that even in their worlds, what he's gone through is valid. Rambo is an idol of the Soldier who saw the Hell of War just as all Soldier do, and to besmirch such Horror would be a massive disrespect for those who Died for us. Respect NetherRealm Studios!
