Be proud that he saved this movie from mediocrity. Hell the only reason I bothered watching was because a friend showed me his scene with Sonia & that new guy who was a detriment to the whole movie would have been an interesting twist to see Kano as hero, I get that he's a Merc but I liked his banter with the characters & it looks like they killed him off too.

I don't even blame him for betraying them. He was chained to a chair by Sonya, Liu Kang greeted him by blasting him with a fireball, Kung Lao repeatedly insulted him, Raiden zapped him. @Oldskool Skengman yeah I agree. These actors have like no muscle and liu Kang is ripped but he probably weights a measly 100 pounds. MK characters in the game are all buff so idk why they couldn’t all pack on some muscle before and during the shooting of the film.

Shang Tsung took all the bodies of his "dead fighters" back to outworld. So I imagine perhaps Bi-Han/Sub Zero will now be like a total mind-slave like he was in the older games versus the new film. Same with some of the others. I suspect he'll have Kano look more like the game version. He fit in well with just killing/not caring even said "no respect, no dignity" about him in the 1990's film so I hope it goes into that.

My brain still operates like things are more simple despite wishing for a deadly alliance based plot or to properly explore the plot that annihilation was based off for the third film of the planned trilogy. Actually, I hope we get Quan Chi and Shang Tsung and undead Lui-Kang in the story too.

Besides if I remember rightly it was Quan Chi that made Revenants so unless we see him in the next film working with Shang Tsung , they just might resurrect them and hopefully Kano gets his implants since he would of lost his dragon mark. We'll see how it goes, be nice to see him play off with Johnny Cage

I was surprised and happy to see Kano actually be really involved in this film. He finally got the respect and love he deserves. even if that Love is to Hate him. Plus he had a BIG part in carrying this film!
