Its a new gamemode on pbe thats a celebration of the 5 year aniversary. You get to pick old traits to have active, like yordle which is where veigar 3 came from, or something as simple as elderwood which gives entire team restistances and ap+ad

the game gets a patch every 2weeks if no holidays or other disturbances occur. so the next patch should be next wednesday. 12. of june
