We made ice cream sandwiches at home. We always buy them from the convenience store. If you keep freezing the ice cream in the freezer between steps, it was actually pretty easy! Please wait until the biscuit gets soft before eating.
We used the same batter for the biscuit from the Baymax cake.

1. Make the biscuit.

2. Take any amount of softened ice cream and spread it out in a tray. (Wrapping it in plastic wrap will make things much easier.) Harden it in the freezer.
3. Cut out the ice cream to match the size of the biscuit.
4. Sandwich the ice cream with the biscuits.
5. Wrap it in plastic wrap and freeze it in the freezer.
6. Cool it thoroughly before serving.
