One of the best parts of palworld is the fact you can choose how to treat your pals. Wanna rule over them with a cruel iron fist? Go ahead. Wanna treat them with love and respect? You sure can do that! Unlike other monster catchers where you have no option, in this game you have freedom to treat them the way you prefer, and it's meaningful

the best part about palworld and it's controversy is that you can CHOOSE to be as wholesome or messed up as you want and in turn makes it more meaningful because you are choosing to and not just told "you're such a kind person" by a railroaded story with predetermined events

I started playing palworld and hardly ever mine… the pals are happy to do all that. Then I build nice things for them, set everything self sustaining, and craft a mass of pal spheres to “recruit” more pals. You can choose to be evil, but I choose to build it better.

I like how she didn't craft any new outfit to wear and stay in caveman fit and reach somewhat mid game-late game 🎉🎉🎉 that was impressive 😊

Love this Channel already. Usually in games like this, you have to battle or kill someone. So I like this approach of choosing if you should kill people or keep everyone you can alive. I love that kind of freedom in games. I'm a pacifist when it comes to the choice of killing or befriending everyone in games as well. I get attached to characters way too easily. I haven't even played Palworld myself, but this concept alone sounds awesome.

No Man's Sky. I love the feeling of having started from Zero to suddenly being a Captain of a Massive Freighter ship. I also love living as a Space Pirate, smuggling and robbing from other freighters.

Palworld seems alright at the start, but it degrades into Chinese sweatshop simulator almost immediately when you realize that you don't have to do anything by yourself. My personal favorite for a few months now is the Enshrouded. which seems more suited to my taste and building system is amazing.

It's possible they will be okay with fan games as long as ZERO money is made and that they specify it's not an official Pocket Pair game. Which if so... Well I'd mostly been playing palworld as well though i mostly treated the pals well, murdered anything aggressive w/ extreme prejudice and tended to try to fight higher lv bosses than me to... actually pretty good success if I rotated my mons around and recalled them to dodge bigger attacks. I didn't do much base building aside from just... the actual functional things for a while till more of the end game though as resources were sucky till i found the good ore/coal base. I managed to beat the final tower boss well before level 50 though so i sorta just kinda spent the rest of the time trying to get a perfect frostallion alpha which I just about did and sorta started breeding up really good pals from there. I generally treated my pals pretty well though, giving them the best beds, giving em nice salads to make em happy and productive and generally making sure they were happy and healthy. I did catch npcs that were aggressive if an opportunity presented itself and some merchants because their friggen buy to sell ratio are highway robbery and they made me hate them for it but other than the merchants who are god damn thieves I hadn't tried to catch anyone else who wasn't aggressive as that just seemed unnecessary. i think i only butchered like 1 of each the legend pals immediately after catch where i did a thing where I closed the game if i did not get the legend blueprint before it could auto save repeatedly so that i'd not need to beat a billion of the bosses to get them and other than that didn't really bother w/ butchering. I do fuse my pals often or sell off unneeded ones to the pal merchant though as he seems less likely to abuse em than the black marketeer.

Funny thing is you can also get meat from pals by catching them without butchering them. Where that meat come from? I have no idea. Also you can craft a feed bag, and make tons of baked berries once your base has a berry farm, and it is viable to eat only baked berries. Is it possible to make a wholesome run that is viable? Absolutely, but it may be a little bit hard to do it. Just gotta keep your damage output controlled so you can cath them without killing, escaping from aggressive pals, and of course rescue pals from villain camps. I think eliminating the thugs, and tower bosses is fine, right?

I too had to compromise with Palworld when I started. However, of all things, I never spend tech points of the butcher knife. With that, learned to be a leader in knowing how to incorporate all sorts of pals, no matter their passives. But I have to say, the pall essence condenser was a hard decision I was willing to make.

2:38 The pals don't need beds when they are in the wild, because THEY DIDN'T NEED TO WORK. But since now they are working their ess off building your base and doing your bidding, the pals demand payment. And building a bed and feeding them is a form of payment. This is what we call "FAIR TRADE" in the modern days.

Worldless is one of the best games I've ever played. It's really underrated. I also love Sea Of Stars. Alien Hominid invasion is also a masterpiece that has online multiplayer. Avatar Frontiers of pandora is also great.

I was going to do a web comic on Palwolrd about 2 different players sharing the same island. There are competitive elements to Palworld, which come be fun. Not sure how long they will allow fan fiction ended up not going ahead with the project.

I usually work while my pal just loitering around in my base, and they will help me out sometimes if they feel like it. there's only six main pals that I bring in my team that are always help me with things when I let them out while doing work in base.

I played it the same way you did, i think it's not that games are violent but eventually are violent the people who play them, so if you want to play Palworld as a cozy survival game you can. No butch, nopals that are slaves just sharing everything with them both pain and joy. I reached the point were i would like to try new games but i'm afraid cos i know in them my avatar will be alone ( solo games)....with no pals it's not that fun.
