When i was 20 i have a fybroidenoma in my breast, doctor recommends for surgery after surgery 4 yrs passed now i have 2 fybroidenoma in my breast, one in right and another in left , doctor said it's a fybroidenoma, doctor said for FNAC test and the report is normal I feel no pain , it's also moves Only at the tym periods i face some pain in my breast,but after periods my breast cause no pain at all Is it necessary to remove both the fybroidenomas ?? Now I'm 24 And FNAC reports are normal. One is 1.5 cm and another is 2 cm. Kindly reply sir 😢 I'm confused what to do

RIGHT BREAST Multiple oval hypoechoic lesions with smooth well circumscribed margins are seen in both medial and lateral quadrant of right breast.
