have you ever been to a restaurant where you knew the owner (as a real friend or family member) and the owner knew you were coming? I have at several restaurants. sadly, the food is MUCH better when the owner knows i'm there. when i go back to the SAME RESTAURANT/or been there previously when the owner doesn't know with a friend the food is just average. it's so shocking the difference in food quality when the owner really wants to impress you. it's happened to me at italian restaurants, sushi places, etc. it's kind of sad really because most restaurants want to serve the lowest quality food they can and charge the most -- and just good enough to maybe get you to come back. you just don't get the red carpet version of their food unless you are personal friend of the owner or a reviewer. sad indeed. this is the reason Michelin star reviews are all anonymous and why their reviews are some of the best. to get the taste of the food every customer is likely to get you can't allow the owner to know you are a professional reviewer, influencer, press member or anyone important. you just can't. restaurants have different quality meats/fish on hand, better cuts, older vs new ingredients (e.g. they can use the expensive wine they have for a dish vs a cheap one the average customer gets). the owner will pressure their cooks/etc to take extra extra care to make it the best they can.

antepde yaşıyorum ve gittikleri yerlere 2021 den sonra gitmedik çünkü bir patlıcan kebabı 75 TL yi geçmiş durumda,beyran tabağı 60 TL civarı,Antep ülkenin en pahalı şehri oldu şükür gastronomi diye diye uçurdular,hele Kale altındaki kebapçılar resmen 2 asgari günlük verirsin para olarak bu adam ne yiyorsa 1,5 kati oldu herşey
