This is perfect. When Gordon points out the reason restaurants aren't doing well most of them are arrogant and tries to fight against him lol. Showing it to everyone is a great move. They can't start a fight and they will realise that the are totally wrong

On kitchen nightmares customers knew it was shit during the dinner service part and Ramsay shut down places that where disgusting. This show is basically the same but he knows well beforehand about the food. The orginal UK kitchen nightmares was so much better. The US has to make everything over the top, and most great shows are copied from the UK and Japan.

No, they know it's him. One episode the waitress had to go into the kitchen to get the staff, and she said "he told me to get y'all". They knew damn well that it was Gordan. Gordan just loves the masks n make up etc. He's also enjoyed them.

EBT people and minimum wagers and trailer people will not pull out the equipment after every shift and spend 2 hours cleaning. They think, dinner rush done, I'm done. We did it, it was a pain in the ass every night and a deep cleaning every Wednesday, including hood vents, but we didn't have grease caked everywhere and bugs and rotten shit in the fridge.
