@@padna4843 Goggins isn't physically adapted for bodybuilding work. I don't think he trains this way regularly. But it does seem he has more mental endurance than most. It'd be interesting to see who is pushing who to puke.

I've always been told NOT to lock out your knees on these leg press machines and i've seen some bad accidents from this. Any reason why these beasts do it? Dangerous? or just personal preference?

Locking out is the full range of motion which in turn promotes muscle growth. It isn’t dangerous actually very beneficial for your knees

Every workout I do Leg Curls, Leg Extensions, Kickbacks, Hip Abductors, and Squats. And I don’t just mean leg days I mean 5 days a week every workout. As a natural I figured out a way I grew beyond slow progression limits. It’s like newbie gains again. Doing much less sets per body part but one huge drop set burnout per body part, full body everyday. The training more often has made my muscles grow faster. And your told not to do that due to overtraining but it has worked for me and a few other guys on KZfaq. I got one of my friends to do it and it’s working for him too! I say if you’re a natural just give it a shot and see. Obviously due to wanting to train heavy weight but also get more reps in and some more volume, drop sets are the way to go and that’s for any workout in my opinion. Especially for this because your getting the seat out of the way in one set because your doing full body.

You could also do Upper Lower split if your shorter on time. I mix it up and do both. But if you get lower than that say push pull legs, you might as well jack the volume and sets up because your only doing each body part two times a week at that point and defeats the purpose.
