3:32 those are a dessert popular in Asian countries called Beancurd Jelly. It is kinda like soy bean milk or soy milk, but condensed. You eat it with brown sugar and/or syrup (or none if you like hardcore soybean flavour), and they serve it either cold or hot in thin slices in a bowl (or in a wooden bucket for fancy purposes) to give a smoother texture. You should try it when you have the chance to. It is not as bad as the video looks, especially if you like soybean milk.
