1:21 In Sweden we buy blocks of cheese and use cheese slicers ("Osthyvel") to make thin sheets of cheese. Getting pre-sliced cheese is rare here.

I used to not be fussed about simon, but after watching some of his videos (this one being the cherry on top), I am now realising he is a wonderful human being that must be protected at all costs. The ease w which he switches between sex jokes, sleepy time and eco warrior, is an art.
