это уже новый тип приготовления плова,то есть коммерциальный плов,не имеющий никакого отношения с настоящим узбекским пловом,скажем ,пловом моего детства. Все пошло по велению времени. Везде ли так готовят,незнаю,уже тридцать с лишним лет живу зарубежом,не хотелось бы быть свидетелем,что рецепт исконного узбекского плова исчез

You have made me ravenous! Is the meat lamb or goat? Is the yellow vegetable a form of carrot? And, I think the others are raisins and chickpeas! lol Please let me know, as I am dying to try to prepare this dish!

YES CARROT (CANON) YELLOW CAN ADD RED (NORMAL) FOR COLOR. Rice, barberry, quiche-mish (dried grapes), rice (usually long grain). then lamb or beef. (only everywhere)
