@@degatagauwatie4073Well yeah, she could have straight up believed that Satan was coming to take her son directly to hell if she didn't take him to heaven first, people do have wildly bizarre delusions like that when they fail to see the difference between their thoughts and the world outside their head. It could also be that she simply couldn't accept that the boy wasn't sick, she didn't want the thankless full job of taking care of a boy who one day won't need her, she wanted control, and if she couldn't have her own son, I guess she was gonna take him away to assert her feelings. Pride is when you believe yourself to be entitled, because you simply and solidly believe yourself to be something you're not, so maybe she couldn't live with the reality that she was the problem, not the boy, she had too much of her personality, her way of seeing the world, tied to that idea in her head, and surrendering herself to that truth may have felt like dying itself, and so maybe in fear, denial and petty pride driven resentment, ended her son's life as a way to assert her control over her life, for which her son belongs to her by her own innate right as a mother.

It’s called a Nissan fundoplication. My child had to have it to save her life. The stomach contents were leaving the stomach and going into the lungs. The operation was to stop that. It was a last resort as it’s a big operation and she ended up on intensive care. Even now over twenty years later it still causes problems. I can’t believe a doctor would do that to a child who doesn’t need it. Dreadful the mother put her baby through that. My daughter can’t vomit and it’s horrendous when she’s poorly. @@berrymint6384 I'm wondering if you interpreted "needing to be sick" as the commenter you're responding to thinking this boy needed to have an illness or something. The person you're replying to meant the feeling of needing to vomit and not being able to would be horrible. "Being sick" is a phrase people use when discussing vomiting. For example, if someone says "I'm going to be sick", they mean they're going to vomit. If you already knew that, and you're saying nobody ever needs or wants to vomit, you're wrong. Vomiting is natural, nearly every mammal does it, and it's a defense mechanism that can remove toxins from the body. I was hospitalized with food poisoning one time and my doctor told me that sometimes the best solution was to just let my body purge everything. She did give me Zofran to help with nausea, which I took, but after a while I found that just getting it all up made me feel better a lot quicker than meds did. In this instance, this little boy absolutely needed to be sick, meaning he needed to be able to throw up. And the fact that the mom made sure he was never able to vomit speaks volumes about why vomiting is important. She knew that vomiting was his only way to rid his body if the poison she forced upon him every day.

And once my mom is gone I’m taking my brother to the doctors and demanding tests to be done and make them prove he has seizures and needs the medications! I think parents for over 60 years have been diagnosing their kids at the doctors office and doctors want to make $$$$ off of prescription medications and Yep surgery that is not needed at all and the redness around that boys plug needed to be looked at and just that should have made them take the boy away from that mother and now he is dead!!!

And then you have the absolute nerve to say you don't know if he jumped or it was because of the wake. Why would he jump with his hands tied behind his back? He didn't resist you at all. I don't believe that it was the case with gypsy rose blanchard. If you look into the case with her and her mom it was never officially diagnosed with dee dee ( gypsies mom) We only have gypsies word for it and her word and actions, especially since leaving prison leave a lot to be desired, so to speak. Looking back on her medical records it is understood that she did actually have real issues including the chromosome disorder. Dee dee was a con artist in the way that she used those real issues and played on them and embellished the situation to be much worse than it actually was for financial gain. It was never proven that dee dee actually did anything to hurt gypsy. Listen to ppl who worked closely with the family and are now putting out the truth along with gypsies actual medical records and you can see it for yourself. In her case it was a con and not child abuse or diagnosed MBP. Saying that MBP is unfortunately a real thing and many children sadly suffer.

Doctors rely on the parent to be eyes and ears. Communication with parents is essential. But that surgery to remove ability to vomit was beyond wrong. They knew better and did it anyway, which is deeply troubling. Whoever signed off on THAT SPECIFIC surgery sealed that baby’s fate. It was a matter of WHEN, not if. It’s normal to listen to parents. It’s NOT normal to close an otherwise typical child’s esophagus for reported colic, reflux, celiac, or anything else and then leave it that way for years.

I cannot imagine any procedure as a nurse that closes off a child’s throat so he can’t eat. I’ve never heard of such a thing. What kind of doctor would do that? You would have to have an incredible amount of investigation and medical monitoring before you could ever come to a decision like that. You don’t just go on the word of the child’s mother. They could’ve put a nurse in the home for a month. I have taken care of a child who was on a feeding tube and I would come to the house and feed the baby every day. Now the mother could’ve done that but they had me doing it. Why didn’t they have a nurse, feeding the child to make sure that the child could consume food and hold it down and that way they had monitored the situation before they ever put something like this in this child’s body. Horrible. Look at his little face he looks exhausted and desperate. To be in the hands of a monster. With no one to help him.

Not as an excuse, more like an explanation. Lacey has ‘Münchausen by proxy’ syndrome, she is psychologically severely ill. It’s a huge mistake by the docters and nurses not to think about this possibility and see the pattern, imho. It seems to me that there was no communication between hospitals where her son was treated before (and regarded as completely healthy). There lies the biggest mistake. After all, then they would have found the pattern.

Why would a child’s throat be closed so he could not throw up and a feeding tube put in without really making all possible tests investigated. Blood tests? This is horrendous. When the child was with other people and eating second and third helpings child protection should have been notified. Tragic. She should get life without a chance of ever getting out.

The cop needs charged with murder as his fate was sealed when he waited more than 4 minutes as he watched him drown. Every person That aided in the cover up also should be facing charges of conspiracy. Charged an the federal level.

I am a mess when my kids are sick, I'm up all through the night checking on them, I'd much rather be sick myself than see my kids sick, making them sick on purpose is unfathomable 😢 that poor sweet baby boy 💙
