Milad , I worked in my "new local subway" whilst I was still a school in 2005 to 2007 , loved it , I helped bake a six foot sub very very similar to this one and I remember how complex the bread process was, out of all the jobs I had it might not have been the highest paid job I've ever had but I absolutely loved it.

I remember when we had to make this for a party back when I worked at subway. Though something we did differently was we marbled the bread. Meaning, we actually combined the italian and the multigrain and alternated weaving the two. It was so gooooddd and you gotta try it, you wont regret it!

Yo ngl when I watching the shorts as I also work in the corporate sandwich churning field, I was also in the mindset that "yeah I'm not an artisan but I do enjoy giving the best quality with what I have" and from that degree I had given you and your family massive respect because this field isn't easy to do right let alone for DECADES. The point is though this vid really opened my mind to what stride you fully go through for your customers and the cleanliness, ingredient quality, thoroughness, and actual enjoyment of making that behemoth of a sandwich really does qualify you guys to be legitimate sandwich artisans. If I was even a 2hr drive I'd wanna stop by and just see the handiwork because there's true passion in what you guys put in.

Tip for lactose intolerance: you can take lactaid pills that help with most cases of lactose intolerance. Lactaid is a chemical (enzyme? idk) that breaks down lactose and even lets cats drink milk when they’re otherwise allergic.

My dad used to get this every single super bowl party back in the 90’s. It was pretty well known that subway did this back then. I remember looking forward to it every super bowl way more then the game.

This reminds me of the Simpsons episode when Homer ate most of the sandwich for the office picnic party. I think it took him two-three weeks, which somehow ended up by the fridges radiator. By the end, it looked like a piece of a corpse that died in the late 80's, which got him ill enough to miss Duff Gardens. He had about a foot left to go. At least he did not mail it to some village in Africa.
