Hey boss my case was originally approved by didn't take my oath because I was doing time lol years have passed since then I had derived it from my citizen mother , what's the chance they reconsider or reopen it and actually approved it again because it was only denied due to me missing the oath ceremony?

My husband was refused his Green Card by the counselor officer stating "human smuggling" he was never charged of such crime and CBP has no records showing any documents at all after requesting a FOIA. We believe this is a false accusation. What do we do?

Hey sir, my case was, 1st August, we ordered your new card 2nd August, case was approved 3rd August , case was reopened! Then i havent heard anything up to now! What does it mean and how long will i wait for the card

Thank you fro your questions Rebecca. Unfortunately it's hard to nail exactly how long you might have to wait for your new card. I would check the USCIS website for wait-time estimates. If you have a myUSCIS account, it's also a good idea to frequently check on your case status there. Hope this helps!

My case was denied because they said it was an old edition, but I sent this form in October,2022, and they did not upload the form until March next year, so this year, and I got that form from the USCIS website, so it is not my fault. 😭
