3 months I think is the perfect amount of time especially as your locs get longer and heavier. Giving your scalp that time is essential

Honest opinion, which method will give you thicker locks? Interlocking or regular retwist ?

Regular, your locs will expand a lot more because the hair is not tied together like they are in the interlocking method
