I do as well. I also mix 2 TBSP of EVOO, Raw Honey and Lemon juice, 1/2 TBSP of cayenne and black pepper, 1/2 TBSP tumeric powder with 8oz of warm water on an empty stomach. I do it before I go to bed too.

@@SquidSnuggles Yes. But the size of a dime is good. Make sure you break it open a few minutes before consuming. Wash it down with a big mouth full of raw honey to tame away the sting on your tongue. Don't be surprised if your toots smell like it 😂🤣🤣

I love this man….. I had a persistent cough for 2years since Covid I tried Everything…nothing worked. He suggested eating raw ginger daily and El Presto… I’m cough free…. I still eat daily plus garlic, which I let sit for 10 minutes with my avocado and I add lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil plus organic vinegar. Life Changing 😂😮

My son and his wife grow Organic garlic on their farm. It is amazing and it doesn’t taste the same as the the one’s we buy shopping it is so good. Garlic has always been used in our kitchen, we cook mostly Japanese meals now with some Korean and Chinese. They all stress not to burn or cook it too long. This is the first time I have heard of the 10 minutes, thank you. It probably gets that 10 minutes because we like to prep everything first. Now I also have a reason to make sure.

Constant UTI's - How I deal with a UTI: When I feel a UTI coming on I take 3 cloves of garlic, peel and slice into pea sized pieces. Take 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat to low boil and put in garlic pieces for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into large coffee cup. When cooled down a bit add 2tbs of honey and 1tsp of cinnamon. I mix tea with a spoon and drink. When I've consumed it all I swallow the garlic pieces at the bottom of cup. I try to leave the tea in my bladder for 5-6 hours if possible. I usually do it before bed. Most of my symptoms are gone W/I a few hours. For me this is way better and faster than Azo pills and Cranberry juice has ever been! Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor, this isn't medical advice and doesn't reflect the views of this YT creator.

@tracytracy1030 That's not necessarily true. You would have a hard time knowing how much of each you'd need to balance the two. Again, if you're currently taking a prescribed blood thinner or a daily aspirin, it is highly recommended to talk to your doctor and to have your blood tested often to prevent internal bleeding.
