James Lin Good luck my friend. I made the same decision as you on January 5th this year. Nearly 3 months later and 31lbs lighter I'm still fighting every day to do better. It can be done! The one piece of advice above anything else that I can offer... Ignore the negative son of a bitch that lives inside your head, the dude who tells you to stop when things get tough. I'm a musician by passion and this really helps me pick up everything again. Due to work, I felt at first that I can make any progress but hearing all these makes me feel that each step, no matter how small, is something that we should value. Small is better than nothing. Just like what Steve Vai said, "The level of achievement that we have at anything is a reflection of how well we were able to focus on it. Because the only thing that's holding you back is the way you're thinking."

Life is hard. Those who have "been there and done that" eventually get beaten up and they get tired of the grind. The key is to maintain the exact same positive attitude you had in the beginning when you first went out to conquer the world. Don't hold onto negative experiences, for they will stop you in your tracks. Move on...if you hit a roadblock go another road. Do what feeds your soul and keeps moving you forward. I have decided to do more and take more actions in this year... It somehow feels like I am progressing. I do think like, a lot, and that stops me from doing. The line has moved to the edge, where I am willing to try new actions and where it feels like every action goes to the other side of the square. The only thing is that other people are involved in it, which makes it harder for me. I just need something that pushes me. Have you ever felt that way? That you become better Compared to your old self? That you are on the edge of changing life? Like that you need a strong force that pushes you on the other side? That force could be anything, as long as you are open to those things. Don't go back, you are alomst there and don't give up!

subodh raya you just need to really have a talk to yourself. The way I see it is that when I'm an 85 year old man on my death bed I dont want to be screaming I want to live. I want to be screaming I lived an amazing life. Fear is normal and once you can over come it you will be a way better person. I believe you can move last it 😀

i watched few videos about "Claire loveletters from Jesus" . and in 1 of them...which was published last year during spring time, Jesus tells Claire that the end is coming very soon and North Korea will attack the U.S.A, He told her that Donald Trump is his choice for president of America and that the beginning of the end will come when the Dome of the Rock gets attacked. The Rapture is coming. All the believers and followers of JESUS will be snatched from this world and sent to Heaven to meet Jesus! and they shall live with him forever :) but the vast vast majority of other people left behind on Earth will go through painful period called the Tribulation in which big cataclysms will hit the Earth! Gods wants to protect us from these hard times. Turn to Jesus....He probably is using me to help you right now, to tell you about all this that is coming to happen. the Rapture has been DELAYED! Jesus delayed the Rapture so that more people can come to Him! You will thank youself a million times later if you choose Jesus now, if you give Him A chance Jesus will save you no matter what happens just believe in HIM as our Saviour and Lord and try your best to committ less sins every day
