Believe me, I know he has had his not so great moments, and he has gone through many trials and tribulations and at the end of the day, he has a real soul. I respect him both as a outstanding comedy performer but also as a person.

Many, many times I've watched videos of Jim Carrey give this speech, and each time I've cried my eyes out. I can't watch it right now as I'm at work, so sobbing like a baby isn't a good look in the office 😄 But I love this speech and he says everything you ever need to know in your life to go forward and be a happy, successful person. Jim Carrey was 1 of the pivotal moments while I was divorcing my husband nicely, since we had 2 great boys, (6&10). There were other women. My neighbor, (back when we shared DVD’s from Blockbuster)! I said, “just something funny ONLY” & he gave me, Liar, Liar, (apropo)….when I watched it, I hadn’t laughed since everything happened like that & it absolutely like the best medicine in the entire universe😁! I’ve been a fan of Jim Carrey since because he’s a REAL person & really funny because EVEN the outtakes were the one of the best part of the movie! It’s just him & he’s just hilarious.
