Follow these steps to factory reset your Moto G smartphone. These are the steps if you can still get into the software of the phone. See our other video- if the phone condition is so bad that the phone won't even boot up. Remember that a factory reset erases everything on the Moto G so be sure to backup your email, music, videos, etc before starting a factory reset.

hi i loved your videos!thumbs up. but i have a situation here,please help me,its urgent.my moto g2 keeps on rebooting when it comes to moto logo.and it happens continuously without break.and i tried hard reset too,. but nothing seems to work please tel me another way to make it right.please its urgent. thanks in advance.

after i do the factory reset when it is supposed to go to the screen where u reboot the phone, my screen is blank and flashes the lil android(no command) guy every 10 seconds and i am unable to get to the reboot menu

Look under settings and data usage. You may have a check in the box for "set mobile data limit". That cuts you off after you have used a certain amount of data on your plan and it gives you that triangle indicator. Either move the data limit bar higher- to match your plan, or uncheck the box so it stops restricting you.
