Hi! Great video! I'm thinking about the purchase of a V11 vs a BMW R1100S... what's your opinion ?

Walter Lenzi : well, that depends on your personal feeling with either one of these bikes and the "bike community". With a V11 you have the "Italien Feeling" and you are never alone and lost with any kind of problem. It's never going to be a real Race-Bike but its great on any kind of road :-)

Which did you buy? I owned an R1100S before my current Breva 1100. I prefer the handling, power and feel of the S, but the looks and the sound of the B1100. Although, I like the looks of the Boxer engine just a bit more than the Guzzi V. I like the way the jugs hang so low and parallel to the ground. Seems to me that you'd get the total package with a V11. Both brands are legendary and something to be proud to ride.

Do it, it's just a wonderful bike. I owned my 8 month ago and it's the best bike I've ever had...

That's a big bike to be pushing around the track. How does it feel? I assume you just club race, what do you compete against?

Actually it's not a race bike the Moto Guzzi V11 Sport. But it's got the last "race genes" of this great brand. If you are interested: www.classicendurance.com It's like "Racing with friends" ...... well .... its all about honor :-)

Hallo DILO habe deinen Kommentar bei meinem Video GRANPASSO verfolgt... im Schwarzwald gelesen. Bei mir ist einiges inzwischen passiert (gesundheitlich!) Solche Ausfahrten sind nur noch teilbedingt gesund für mich. Mail mir doch mal auch bluewitsch (Klammeraffe) vtxmail.ch mit klearem Betreff Danke.
