I started watching MotoAmerica only because of Petrucci but now Im glad I started watching it.There are really beautiful tracks in America(not only COTA and Laguna Seca) and also very good riders ,some of them can even race in WSBK or MotoGP and they will be good there too.

I must agree with the comment from Maverick 1926 below, there are some superb tracks in the States and this is a beauty !!!! Stunning ups and downs and what a setting ! Thanks to MotoAmerica for putting this up. Greetings from north east Victoria, Australia. Edit: just the tiniest of observations guys - is it me or is there something wrong with the track-side sound?

I love Petrucci. He’s raw and authentic. He shits on American road race culture because let’s be honest, compared to Europe’s road racing culture were in a infancy stage. People don’t like his attitude but he’s just telling everyone the truth.

I high sided out of a right corner and when I came down I slapped the concrete with my left hand. My right hand was in a fist like I was still gripping the throttle and I shattered my left wrist my right hand was fine. I was trying to ride my CBR 1000RR like my GSXR600. My bike said "you respect me, you understand"

I love this series but when you compare it to the European series overall it looks like backyard racing. The tracks are mediocre and the proof is that the few US riders that try to compete in Europe are mediocre at best. In MOTOGP we have Joe Robert and Cameron Beaubier working their butts off ...but struggling to even break the top 10 on every race. It's a shame.

You must be watching a different series Roberts ,Cameron and Garrett Gerlof in Wsbk are highly competitive despite not being in top teams and new at the tracks their competitors have been racing at for years .

Gagne was on fire again at The Ridge. Championship is incredibly close at the halfway point. Winner might be the person who makes no mistakes. I hope Petrucci and Warhorse can get the Panigale towards the front more regularly and for a reasonable cost. It would be nice to have more than just Yamaha capable of winning races.

@motoamerica guys listen. You gotta make the turn numbers big enough to see.... Not everyone is sitting 5 inches from their 60 inch tv. Some us are even old! We wear glasses and stuff! Maybe add more of a line at the start finish line perhaps with an arrow indicating direction if travel... God those turn numbers are tiny....

championship too dependent on Yamaha but despite this Ducati is leading with Petrucci!! 💪 but what kind of circuits do you use in the USA?!?! block the race twice due to lack of a "service road “ parallel to the track to facilitate and speed up clearance and / or tow trucks. I am speechless!!!

Yeah at track days here in the states they at least have a van you can ride back in and a truck to pick up the bike. In MotoAmerica it seems it’s fine to just let them walk back or wheel the bike back.

We under contract obligation to not post full races until seven days after airdate. Last season we did not post Superbike until the off season! You can expect highlights same day as the race occurs though. MotoAmerica Live+ is also your best bet watching full races live or on demand faster.

this track is too narrow for any type of AMA racing - nearly every crash is dangerous with the lack of runoffs into open space and back into the track.
