hi! im sorry about the motocompo troubles. earlier this year i made a 3d model of the motocompo and your videos helped a lot to understand the interior parts (i dont know vehicle parts at all lol), so thank you good luck with the resurrection !

Wow, first time I’ve seen one unowned and surger-ized. If the volumetric efficiency is compromised, the only fix is to transplant a 90 cc (or 125cc EFI)!

Are the studs supposed to come out with the head? Perhaps the heads not dealing correctly because the nuts are tight? 🤔

Yeah that’s how they are. Not studs just really long M6 bolts.

Well first of all, tuning carb without airbox is pointless, second, check crank seals and intake manifold for leaks, good luck

I second that. Put some Pressure on it and use some soapy Water for an outside leak at the intake manifold, Exhaust, etc. Maybe you can hear something hissing from the transmission side crank seal, if you unscrew the oil refill plug. You might have to drain the oil beforehand. This should put you in the ballpark. If you got a vacuum Pump I would also do the leak test with that too. The seals can be bad in both directions, but seal pretty good in the other direction.

Whats the point, it’s quite fast in it’s stock form, just needs sports variator and it will do 70km/h easily

@@everythingbro4786 they only do around 30kph top speed. I think a big bore may see 50kph. Sadly it’s a chain drive with a wet clutch

@@scooterbomb2152 you need to replace the stock exhaust for 50kp/h. It reaches 50 without big bore, just with an exhaust swap. Thats exactly where I am at, right now. Mine reached stock 38-42 kp/h, but started 4 stroking around 40. The Stock exhaust is a big restriction. With the new Exhaust it rips from 30-45, before that it feels stock. From 45 to 50 it needs its time, but no 4 stroking anymore.
