Suzuki is a great bike, they just need to update the motor a little and it will be right up there in the running. The best handling bike for sure. And maybe the plastics as well... its been like 8 years

The clips with all the bikes chasing each other were so sweet. Great job on the format of the video, quick and to the point but still gave riding clips and decent information. Overall great job!

Should also make the point - If you work on the bike yourself, KTM service manual lacks information and is difficult to navigate. Honda and Yamaha service manuals give you all the information and is easily found within the pages.

All this new 2017 bikes and I'm sitting here with my lovely 2015 ktm 150 sx. I wish suzuki and honda makes a good 2 stroke bike to challenge ktm and yamaha but I know they wont do it since 2stroke is pretty much dead. I'm glad ktm still developing the 2 stroke line up.

New 2017 Kawi is amazing best power so friendly and amazing handling cant wait to race mine next season ! my point of view is the ktm is over rated yeah sure the ktm and husky have the most hp but does every single 250 rider ride the bike pinned ? .... kawi is the best powerband aggressive when you want it to be and friendly for any novice rider !

SnIt3yAsTr0 I just sold my 2016 crf250 to get the Kawi I did 36 hours on it then sold it to get the 2017 kawi im pretty impressed with the kawi handling and power not so sure about realisability hopefully I get 50 hours out of it 🤘🏻

they are definitely not the same, for example subframe, airbox and it makes the bike feel completely different - handling, the feeling of bike etc.

Thats just a shadow on the angled part of the head. Look at the way the light reflects brightly off of the angle on the opposite side too. It just looks like that because of the way that the light is shining on the bike. I've heard that KTMs have a problem with leaking valve cover gaskets though. I think you're just trolling anyways, considering that your thumbnail is a picture of an old KTM.

ktm just handles like a foriegn bike i dont care what they do to it.. everyone i know that has a ktm always swap back to 1 of the 4... including myself... and for the price you could easily take 1 of the 4 and spend $$ to match horsepower etc.. plus have the handling

And my experience says otherwise. Once you go KTM/Husky, you dont go back. Sure its a steel frame, but damn it turn on a dime and gives alot of feedback. Cant go back to Japanse crap-clutch, crap-brakes, crap-motors and so on.

Everyone I know that has a KTM had a serious problem with them. I cant justify spending that much money to have the bike have a serious problem, and lets be honest the parts are overpriced for these things. Ill stick with my Suzuki's. PS this is from a guy who owned two ktm125sx

I think Suzuki needs to fix themselves because they have the potential to be a great race bike. The honda 250 is a great bike for anyone. I agree with this

Mr. Get this work The Suzuki is an amazing bike straight out of the box. A lot of my professional friends love them because they're just work so well in stock trim. Any capable rider can make it competitive with its handling abilities, because you never win races on straights.

its pretty simple if ur a fast rider who wants the fastest bike get a ktm or husky (preferably ktm because of the power output) if ur a novice get a Honda,suzuki or maybe even kawi and for Yamaha there a good allround bike good power good everything but nothing is great (in my opinion) Yamaha good for any rider slow or fast

on the rod/crank, at 14000 rpm the needle ROLLER bearings obviously dont last, so they just put in a bit of bronze and some oil channels, so to speak.

For them lbs-- all I needed, was this! 150lbs sand bags-- in each hand, and walk, otherwise, break back- etc.,! From A class, races-- that KX suspension sucks! Sioux Nation tracks. Never called: Fox Raceway! Even with, factory Connection-- work!

Marcell 97 this may be a very retarded question to some. But would I be able to take front forks off a different bike and put it on my crf230?? Only reason why I'm asking is because I have a track near my house and being a trail bike, the suspension is not for a track.

Jeux Yeah you can depends on the bike. I put a ktm 150 front on my neighbors 230 and it works like a charm. You just have to make sure your rear suspension is set so it about even with the front. But again it's depends on the bike. Depending on the bike size and brand it may or may not fit. What bike did you have in mind to transfer over?

I see the results but Ktm has been mostly talked about but there not an advantage, Yamaha has the best suspension and all the other bikes have over Ktm and Husky is a kickstarter. And as well Ktm was the one leading cause for Husky being out of the sport and now they have another bike that looks different so if they don't want to buy a Ktm they can buy an overpriced Husky.

no...a big bore kit still won't make you 5-6 hp, plus a big bore kit doesn't give the type of power curve that most 250 riders want. It usually only adds in bottom and middle, then takes away on top. That's not a good combo for the crf250r. It might be a great idea in the husky or ktm though because both those bikes need some more bottom to mid and could stand to lower the peak rpm.

fox13z400 if u don't touch the head or put in a more aggressive cam it will take away top end. a big bore kit and a good port job and top end will increase. u propobly could get an crf close to the ktm numbers with a port job alone.

Did you read the article MXA did where they took a crf250r and wanted to see how much it would cost to get a crf250r to the same hp as a ktm? It was an obscene amount of money. 190 pounds? Are you high? That's lighter than some 125s I've seen. The lightest 250f in existence weighs 199 pounds. It is a custom built Honda with all carbon fiber and titanium parts that you can't even buy.
