34 வருஷம் இந்த மோட்டார் வைண்டிங் தொழிலில் இருக்கிறேன். 1.2MW (1200KW marine Bow & Azimuth thruster motor, abb/Siemens/Stamford/Marelli/Kirlosakar/Leyroy somer) வரை winding செய்துள்ளேன். ஆனால் உங்கள் காணொளியை ஒரு LKG குழந்தை போல் முழுவதும் skip பண்ணாமல் பார்த்தேன். அருமையான காணொளி இன்னும் நிறைய விஷயங்களை சொல்லி கொடுங்கள் இந்த தொழிலுக்கு நிறைய தமிழ் உறவுகள் வர வேண்டும். உண்மையில் நீங்கள் ஒரு Genius. வாழ்க வளமுடன் நன்றி

@@rightarun7474 No of Turns ஒரு பெரிய சப்ஜெக்ட் If you are an engineer you can understand the formula, Flux density, Bav, Weber, core volume, போன்ற விஷயங்களை இங்கே விளக்குவது கடினம் . இருப்பினும் முயற்சிக்கிறேன். 5HP, 1440RPM, 36Slots, Core length 12cm, Core dia 11cm Nph= Eph/ 4.44×f×flux×Kw Flux = Bav×A Bav= Flux density average A= Area of core Flux unit Weber/m2 A=m2 Bav generally adopting 0.4 to 0.6, so average 0.48, Area= πDL/ P Flux = 0.48×3.14×11×12×.0001/4 (pole) So flux = 0.00497 Wb Nph= 415/ 4.44×50×.00497×0.954 Nph= 394.27 Turns Z= No of conductor / Slots 394×2×3/36 = 65 Turns per slot Say 62 to 65 turns per slot @ Bmax ten to the power minus four புரிந்துகொள்வது சற்று கடினம் தான்.

Let's explore each of them: Lap Winding: Lap winding, also known as parallel winding or drum winding, is a winding arrangement where the end of each coil is connected to the beginning of the next coil in a parallel manner. This configuration forms multiple parallel paths through the winding. Key features of lap winding: Parallel connections: In lap winding, the coils are connected in parallel, meaning the current flowing through each coil is the same. Multiple parallel paths: Due to the parallel connections, multiple parallel paths are formed through the winding, which helps in increasing the current-carrying capacity of the machine. Reversing direction: The direction of current flow reverses in each coil to create alternating magnetic poles. Suitable for high-current applications: Lap winding is commonly used in machines that require high currents, such as DC generators and traction motors. Wave Winding: Wave winding, also known as series winding or coil winding, is a winding arrangement where the end of each coil is connected to the beginning of the next coil in a series manner. This configuration forms a continuous series path through the winding. Suitable for high-voltage applications: Wave winding is commonly used in machines that require high voltages, such as DC generators and alternators. Sir ஓரு doubt sir ஓரு coil ஆரம்ப முனை இன்னொரு coil ஆரம்ப முனை ல connect பண்ணனும் சொல்றின்க ... 1 slot ல ஆராம்சு 12 slot ல முடிக்குரிங்கள் .... 1 ஆரம்ப புள்ளி .... அடுத்து 3 ல அரம்பிக்குரிங்க 14 ல முடிகுரிங்க sir அப்போ 1 ம் 3 ம் தான sir connect செய்யணும் ... 14 ம் 12 ம் தான end பாயிண்ட் அதே 2 ம் தான connect பண்ணனும் ... ஆன நீங்க ...12 ல ஒரு loop எடுத்து 3 ல 12 ல connect பண்றிங்க ...இது எப்டி sir correct ஆ இருக்கும் சர்
