Realize that unlike everyone else, a motorcycle can't hear mtn bikers, horses, hikers. They can hear a bike hundreds of yards away. Easier for them to yield than vice versa. I realize a horse is different and a bike should turn off engine, act human, let horse and rider pass. But otherwise common sense dictates that a mtn biker and hiker step aside and let a motorbike pass. And that is what they always do.. I always wave, and say thank you. I love the shared use trails systems in the pacific nw. Great for every kind of recreation. Always, always bring a trash bag and pick up litter!

Wow, This is kind of bull. All other users can hear a bike long before a bike could hear the others. I know it's important to be courteous. But damn, motorbikers are taking a huge kick in the nuts with this logic.
