Man its surprising how bad bike theft is in the UK. I can leave my bike out on the street in Australia and it won't be touched at all. Great little device though, really handy!

It's bad and police can't do anything about it... Bought a KTM 390 Duke, on Monday, was gone on Friday. Had alarmed disk lock and chain. Cut through a 16mm chain with angle grinder :(

The automatrics tracker is the best. Every recovery video they upload on KZfaq results in a vehicle being found. If the bike is stolen they'll locate it, contact the police and then get permission to enter the premises. They use GPS/GSM to locate the general area and then drive around with a signal tracker. A bit like the guy in the film, no country for old men. Once they have found the exact location (often locked away) they'll get the police. The only issue is price, but it would drop your insurance.

EinkOLED this isn’t the best tracking device available - Biketrac and Automatrics are definitely better I’d agree, but for the cost I can’t find anything near as good as this! And there’s a good chance you’ll get your bike back!

I guess A tracker is better than no tracker. I have a sticker on my tank with the words ' this vehicle is fitted with a tracker'. I think it has stopped the theft on one occasion. My bike is 1/4th the value of yours (kawaski versys), and it is insured up to the full value of the bike, which works out cheaper than a tracker. Despite it's value, it is very low mileage, has extra's and I have good memories of ride out's in the summer, so it is irreplaceable. This is why I cannot be tempted to buy an expensive bike, it would become a theft magnet. Especially since I don't own a garage. A bike like yours deserves to be garaged.

Almax 22mm link chain..each link weighs a pound...won’t nick it with that on..£260 chain tho..I’m buying that too

Nice review man, had been looking at this one online. How easy did you find it to secure it to the Bike? Just stick it under the seat or does it come with a bracket?

Gr0gz just got to find somewhere to hide it, comes with a couple of cable ties and has holes to secure it. It’s a doddle, more info in the description 👍🏼

Wouldn't an update every minute or indeed a shorter interval be better as a bike can travel a long way in 5 minutes into an underground garage where signal could be lost? Miserable old bag shouting at you. How common. How does it compare with other alarms/trackers e.g. Datatool/Datatag? Your bike sounds good.

Imagine if your friend actually stolen it lol. You need a tracker with a radio too that can be handheld tracked. Most thieves store stolen bikes away in containers, vans etc where it loses the GPS.

EinkOLED it’s a good point, but most thefts are by these stupid morons on mopeds. I guess the fact it’ll still tell you where it is up until the point it loses signal is still pretty good though

EinkOLED Biketrac has RF tracking, gsm and gps in 1 - £300 + £10p/m.. Worth it for "peace of mind" I guess 🤷🏽♂️

District Six I’d agree the Biketrac is better overall, but if some people can’t afford that, then the MoniMoto is literally half the price

Just looked in to these because of your video. It says you can pay €3 a month which is nothing for their sim card or you can use your own. Which have you gone with?
