I have the same lift. Some thing I dislike though are the leaking cilinder. I find oil on the floor every now and then. Also, I have an 'old' version, where one of the wheels can not turn 360 degrees. It makes it difficult to manouvre the lift in tight spaces. Overal I am happy with it, it could be a tad more professional though.

Yep, have to agree with you. I have a ramp which is really handy but getting the bike on and off is a nightmare, as I can’t touch the floor. I was thinking of steps either side but now I’m thinking this is the way to go, thanks.

I built one of these and use 2"x18g square stock because I have a hard time believing this tubing is strong enough. But I've seen so many demos, I guess it is. I find this version better that the one with only one side. I put that same bar running under the bike to pin the other side as well. I didn't do wheels on my diy and simply can't wrap my head around the ease you can move this monster of a bike, let alone on a foam floor. I would love to use this lift on my gsa and other customer bikes like hayabusa's. I understand the pin systems are interchangeable for different bikes. Just wondering the height difference between the bikes.

Cool setup, perfect for service work. Those additional set of lights on front, are they hard on the bikes main light switch or do they come with proper wiring so it wont overheat

I own the exact same bike. It comes with frame protectors that really protect the beautifull frame against the rubbing of harder boots. Wouldn’t want to take them off each time I want to use the lift. The protectors are secured with double sided tape as well as three rubber bands each. How do you go about with these protectors?

Great piece of kit. Mines the same bike but a short arsed version, so very tempted to buy the lift.

It seems effective, but $700 + shipping for such lift it's too much, especially for a regular rider doing some basic maintenance... unless using it in a motorcycle shop.

Not needed to removed both wheels! A bike dolly for £60-70 will move you bike around when on centre stand, rear is off the ground and a block under the sump plate will keep the front off the ground when bike parked. Too much money!

Already own it wouldn't be without it but not sure why you didn't mention the manufacturer Abba stands uk or that they have international distributors. Why did you cover their brand logo? www.abbastands.co.uk establishing a business is fine but be up front about product sources 😉
