Great tour. First-rate filing and narrative.. It serves to remind me how much I have enjoyed touring Europe in years past. At 81, unfortunately, my European tours are behind me. However, through you, I can do them vicariously.

kept watching your vids now for a while, and just wanted to drop the comment, that i really enjoy watching them, and, on a social , in-between-the-person thingi, i really like what at least my perception is how you are to each other. really kind, caring, respectfull and loving, enjoying the experience on this planet while filming this for us/me. I really hope that this is not only in my perception, but i think i recognize when a couple treats each other good and in a loving way. i found that might be interessting to hear. of course i know, that there always the off camera moments every human beings have, but to me, and i love adventure, travel and couple doing motorcycle stuff videos, and i watch a lot..... to me you kinda stand out in regards of this. a pleasure to watch. thank you :-) :-)

Hi Ian, the overnight ferries are better than the ones you have to linger on -also nice to wake up fresh 😊 Yeah glad we skipped to the front ...could have been a long wait otherwise. Overall we were really impressed with Corsica, glad you enjoyed it 😊

Thank you for the review and all the episodes in regards to Corsica ! I'll be heading there for 20 days at the start of September with my SO and 2 dogs. Mainly for hiking, exploring smaller towns and the coast. we'll go by tent to save on costs and have a feel of nature. When I was younger we went there 3 years in a row and it was magnificent, still have fond memories about swimming in rivers and the red Calaques de Piana. A little pity there's airports now with no restrictions on tourists, but the island lives off tourism so can't blame them for opening up to that a little either. You have yourself a new subscriber ! A lot of the tours you've made have been on our "to-do" list, so it'll be a fountain of information and ideas to absorb. Thank you.

That will be a great trip, so nice to have 20 days there to truly relax and soak in the surroundings. This was the first time we had visited and were blown away by the beauty of the island, you must have very fond memories of visiting. Yeah i can imagine it gets very busy in the peak seasons but fortunately I think most tourists stay in specific areas and just enjoy the beach so if you are hiking and seeking out the smaller places you should be able to keep away from the crowds. Haha yeah i get that! Each boat is kind of different and you never know what the strapping will be like (some carry their own straps but they are too heavy to justify). i hate it when it's raining and the surface in the boat becomes incredibly slippery!! We really did have a great time in Corsica - we liked it more than we expected to! 😊 Great to have you with us on the journey!

Yeah there were a lot of bikers on the ferry -we imagined how many bikers there must be in the peak seasons 😳. The first episodes of the next big series should be out next week, ‘Heading West’ will be a full tour of England, Wales, Ireland and Scotland -it’s going to be a good one 😉.

Great series, got me thinking that whenever you’ve looked at a map of the Med in the past, your eyes always seemed to skip over Corsica and Sardinia for some reason. Looking forward to your next trip’s videos

Yeah you are right! This is the first time we have been here together and it was so amazing that we asked ourselves why it took so long for us to go! Can't recommend it enough as you have seen for yourself how spectacular it is. Next series will begin next week 😊

Been using this app for over a 3 years now, and successfully planned long European moto trips. Same as you I planned on PC and distributed GPX files to my mates using BMW Nav 6, Connected Ride App and Tom Tom older unit. All works well! 💪 The only downside is a paid subscription, but I believe it's well worth the money (plus you have speed cameras warnings). Enjoy your next adventure! I'll defo tune in for your KZfaq coverage! 😊

Yeah we have been impressed with the calimoto app too, very easy to use and make GPX files (we add the link the out route in each episode in the description in case people want to take the route). Hehe thanks for the lesson 😉 The ferry left at around 19:00 and arrived 7:00 the next day, as it's an overnight ferry I think it takes longer than the ones that go during the day. But it's nice to arrive fresh and also saves on a nights hotel costs. Interesting fact -Emily lived in Paris for a year and understands French a lot better than I do (but we live in the German speaking part of Switzerland so don't get to use it so often). 😎👍🏻

Hi, we have got 10,000km out of the Tourance next2's and the Anakee Adventure tires. We have just put on the Continental Road Attack4's which so far have been amazing in the twistys, the rain and performed well on some light off road sections. They are a road tire and we have been told to expect them to last longer than our previous tires. I doubt there is a tire that is good in both winter and summer as the 2 extremes can't really be accommodated in one compound. Here in Switzerland we change our tires on the car in winter to a dedicated winter tire. Hope that helps 😎👍🏻
