Nice bike you have 🙂. My suspension rear preload was on high for the traveling with luggage and later for the daytrips on 70% (on high or 70% or more, I have better handling for diving into corners). The damping settings are depending on the quality of the roads, most of the time I change between street or sport and for really sportive riding I put the front & rear damping on 4. Have fun !
