Dude you're crazy! Going that fast with just the coaster brake. I tried it once, and only once because someone pulled out in front of me and had to jamb the brake and the broke the bolt and needless to say screwed up the rim.

I have the same setup as this one, on a beach cruiser. The engine kit is from zeda, I spent 179.00. way way way to much, cheap Chinese engine with a sticker slapped on it, don't buy from zeda. The engine itself is running good so far, rode it about 100 miles so far, the kit was garbage. Clutch pin broke the second ride, then the chain snapped, then the throttle snapped. After fixing all of that and upgrading almost everything I now have a functional bike lol. Do your research before u spend crazy amount of money on a kit :D

I have the same kit on an old mountain bike myself. It can really go and it handles michigans hills beautifully. Much love for the kit and all who use it too.

I had a 50cc mounted to a Schwinn Cruiser 26 in and I do almost 35 mph. And that's just stock parts. I'm going to upgrade the parts the CDI. And the carburetor. And the Magneto coil. That should give me more mph I figured I would do about 50. I'm not touching the sprocket not yet anyway. I will be upgrading to aluminum or steel rims because of higher speeds. Bt 100 seems to be a waste of money unless i can get higher spd. More than 50. I plan on going cross country backroads of course. I want to seriously put these things to a serious test going across country would be perfect.

Getting ready to hotrod my 80 , had all kinds of douts but now 1200 miles later my ol'e huffy has proved me wrong doc said ride a bike do something or die so I built the Cranston with an 80cc one of those cheap chinese bike kits. , now down from 206 to 167 lbs. You showed me these kits and I thank you . I survived cancer then a heart attack now I've built 3 of these bikes one for me and my son and my grand daughter ! thank you Ol'e buddy ! I'm having a keystone moment in honor of you !

Bro muffler clamps work amazingly well to not damage the two studs that hold the muffler in place from not disconnecting from the engine block I had problems with gaskets going out because of that so it does help man

you put a smile on my face having a craic wit that little yoke, and that blooper/ fail at the end made me laugh loud. most realistic review I've seen so far. wil! buy one, see if it gives me more fun then my 600cc motorbike

I have two gas bikes, one Zeda 80 and the other is a YD100 engine, both stock and the 100 is a very noticeable increase in power. A lot more torque and a little more top end too. I really like my 100.

I rebuilt a kohler k321 engine boosted my confidence on doing mechanic things broke so many Chinese tools tho but was cool to have an running mini tractor and you know the confidence to build other stuff

I've been riding my bt100 cruiser and the bt is the best for it's out of the box performance without upgrades except for a exhaust baffle cut mod and a few holes drilled into the cap.. that greatly increased the power without stealing power

that's a pretty bad ass looking little bike. the helmet looks awesome with it too. it'd be cool if it had a kickstart and a 5 speed transmission but i guess that be hard to fit all that in there
