You can also add charcoal and hardwood to this equation. Sell all metal minus steel to caravan plus charcoal, sell steel and hardwood to city. Just an FYI

I'm doing something wrong. The very first time I do it I get the skill point boost but when I try to do it a second time it doesn't work for me.

Really speaks for how much they overtuned the trading xp nerf that I am looking up a guide on how to cheese it. A good time into the campaign and even with selling to a starving city after a long siege and me intercepting all caravans and villagers for as long as I could I sold food for all of their gold with a huge profit and gained 3 trading with 5 focus points and 9 social... And I don't think any of my 10 caravans has netted me a single point despite the description saying it should. Thank you very much for this guide, sad that it's necessary but it just isn't possible to level this skill without cheesing it as the character will die of old age before he ever gets near the final perk

So in order to shoot way past your hard cap, you have to wait till you have a lot of resources, right? If you do it at your hard cap you won't gain any, but the first when your below will shoot past it once, correct?

Sold 30mil worth of smithing materials to the caravan at the last step and had to chase him across the map to get all my stuff back. Thankfully I can craft 2h swords worth 100k 😅 he ended up keeping all the materials for me to buy back.

Man I have no idea how this works for you. Every single thing I buy and go trade is half of what I bought it for and I've just ran around for hours and not a single profit. It's ridiculous I still believe trading doesn't work

Just a tip to add. Quest gather materials for phestos of Lartusys, he asks for wrought iron. You get it and go there and the option to give it is blacked out. So you leave and get more and come back. Ok, here is what I found. Go to the village, go to your inventory. Drop one wrought iron. The message that you have enough to complete the mission will appear. A glitch I am sure but try it if any of you run into this.

How can you rank up companions with this method

How did u cap out trade with 6 attribute points & 4 focus pts ... its possible to get maxed out with that? I have 7 attributes with 2 focus pts but looks like the cap bar is barely at the 4th perk , any tips?

My game doesnt change to color of the goods prices in the trade menu? Is there a setting im missing on console to have it do that?

My biggest problem with console is the stupid a.I , they’re just really not interested in shooting at the battering ram … no matter how high tier defense you have and/or no matter how low the siege tech is of assaulting your base … the troops you have will give their life to me … but absolutely will not engage that ram … I’ve never seen a ram destroyed in my entire play through… not even my own .. it sucks defending, but I love assaulting for this reason.

Your "control metal" must need to be a huge amount because I've tried this 3x and 30 pieces of steel is not cutting it. Or it just doesn't work anymore.

So i did some math and if it's mathing correctly he will have to do this 85(give or take a few) times to reach lvl 40 Edit: 32,000,000÷336,268.324324324 It takes 32,000,000 to reach lvl 40 from 30 and he received base XP of 336,268.324324324 (3,110,482÷9.25). 2nd edit: it's 95 but since he's lvl 34 I roughly guessed the remaining times

This works good for your first 100 levels after that it's a waste of time even with 20000 steel my main character gains 1 level every half hour of trading this way at level 186 trade

Bannerlord takes days to grind, not as fun as warband Game needs a cheatmenu

Either you need way more materials than i think or this has been patched once i reached lvl 250 the next time i traded it increased by 3 lvls. I have around 8k metal all together

Dont forget not to f up and let that caravan slip away with all your precious Metals. Once its out of range of your controll metal town it will go up price alot. I lossed 60k worh of Metals because i had to buy them back for 3 times that. Caravans will outrun you if your party is to slow

Neat but I just keep trading goods on me every city I go I sell and buy and u always make profit in some places furs are dirt cheap like 50 each other places it's 200 yewelry if lucky u can get 400 or 500 profit some places it buys for 300 400 and sells for 800 900
