So excited to see your upcoming cycle Chris! I have covered the length of Sweden by bike, roughly 2000 km. I do however have a tip/concern: Please Please get yourself a rack on the back of the bike to hang bicycle bags off - carrying around a big backpack is a huge unnecessary strain on your back and could end up injuring you on its on. Invest in not breaking your body on this trip, plus it makes for a much more enjoyable experience

So funny story. I work at a call center here in the states, and this really sweet Japanese lady calls in asking about her account. Her name (bless her) was Sai Ko, first and last name. So I couldn't actually help her with this other specific issue so I had to transfer her over to another department. Normally when you transfer, it's polite to let the next agent know what their issue is and their name so they can better assist the caller. So I let the agent know that, "I have a Sai... Ko on the the line who's asking about blah blah blah." He was like "Oh... Okay..." So I gave him her account and when he pulled it up he was like, "OH! Sai (decent pause) Ko! Oh I thought you meant you have a psycho on the line!" Haha! The thing is working at a call center you can get a decent amount of psychos in a day, but this lady was sweeter than iced tea! Made my day though! ^_^
