I met Molly in the early 90s at a country music festival in around Kansas City. I got a autographed T-shirt and took a picture with her. She was so sweet and just as lovely as could be.

Jeff, the bass player, is my husband. We've been together about 30 years. This time of our lives was really great. He achieved what few did.

I'm a bassist and I always loved his approach to this tune. Not all walking bass - just enough in the right spot. Loved how he left space.

I remember seeing this music video as a kid. It was actually the first time I recall hearing this song. This band did a terrific job and nailed it right on the head.

This is another of the singers and groups from this time period who should have been bigger. It seems that right after these songs came out, country took that sharp turn to more rock and stadium type music.

Out of Hayward, WI came this rockin' country band, still sounding good after all these years. Maybe they never became huge stars , but us folks in northern Wisconsin knew just how good they really were. RIP Andy Dee.

Molly still plays with The Danger Band, made up of friends of hers from the northwoods of Wisconsin where she lives. They used to do live gigs at her boutique in Hayward every weekend, but I'm sure if you look up "Molly and the Danger Band" you'll find something! They still kill it.

I had this eight hour VHS videotape filled with music vids recorded from VH1 and MTV - they used to play music once - and this was on there, and one of my favorites. An infectious feel good delight, note perfect.

This urban legend needs to be dispelled. For the record, MTV *NEVER* played music videos. This is a myth based off of an interview on the Tonight Show shortly before the station debuted.

I really loved this band and was probably the first person in my area to do this version of the song after it was released. I played in a band with a female singer, the others thought I was crazy when I brought it in to rehearse. It always packed the dance floor. I sure wish this band stayed together longer. Can I ask what happened?
@andynelson883811 жыл бұрын
no,I am not related to Sandy Nelson, but my band members teased me about that. I don't know what Millers cave is. Play our songs with American scenery, or African scenery , or Tibetan scenery. The unity and equality of mankind is coming alive in this new age of equality, unity, and brotherhood

Hi I really love this song with such a beautlfull scenery apart from Molly herself. I also like Miller's Cave. By the way are you related to Sandy Nelson? He is a well known drummer as well. I also the group get together and play your songs witk American scenery.
