It's gets easier as time goes on. The trick is to stay calm no matter what is going on in the cockpit so your passengers always feel safe 😋😁

At 18:15m you seemed to call November Tango Echo, instead of November Tango Kilo, unless I'm mistaken. Great video, really amazing terrain.

Hi, I love your channel. I'm from Australia and we are still very involved with the well being of Papua New Guinea since their independence in 1975. I was a young man in 1981 in the RAAF (Royal Australian Air Force) learning to be an aircraft mechanic, and we also had Papua New Guineans doing the same. Paps we'd call them. Man they were fierce guys, ready to belt you if you said anything bad, but also they were the most loyal and awesome friends...they would be ready to belt anyone who said or did bad against you.....these guys were as tough as any you could ever meet....also they were as wonderful as any you could ever meet. I never got to see any of them ever again after training. Anyhow, as I watch your channel I am thinking that maybe you have met some of them......I am sure that after their air force careers a few may have ended up in civil aviation and maybe filled your tank or fixed a snag or helped out otherwise. Just more magnificent PNG countryside, Ryan. Thanks so much. Not trying to take anything away from technology, glass cockpits, etc, but it makes you wonder at the flyers in the '50s who did it all in Cessna 170s and 180s (Catholic mission out of Wewak) and Norsemans (Norsemen?) and Ju-52s (Gibbes Sepik Airways) with nothing but local knowledge, steam gauges and the odd NDB.

After you fly here for a while, you could navigate pretty easy with just a map....unless it was bad weather, then every mountain looks the same.

You do an Incredible job. You’re safety is awesome. I don’t know anything about flying an airplane but you seem to be extremely safe. I would feel totally safe with you. I’m from East Tennessee. 🇺🇸. I reckon safety is paramount when it comes to a flying machine. I guess it would be better to be overkill with safety them to make one mistake and crash. 👍

That was very cool. The hill on final was very close and I can fully understand how a windy approach would change everything. Even with a Vref of 67 the terrain was going by very quickly. Nice job, Thanks.
