I played that matchup several times, and I guess legionaries are just *that* good at taking down marine sized bodies if you roll hot.

This is going right up there, in the top 3 list of defeats, that Brad has had to put in his trophy cabinet. WOW. I've played this exact match up on ITD and Liegonnaries took a BIG L. I just love the content you guys put out!

You guys just keep getting better! Love the updates to the intro and title cards, and this one feels faster paced even aside from the fact that it only lasts 2 turns, lol. The play-by-play seemed like it was presented a bit faster, and with more confidence, which I think is good. I know it's a lot more work on your end, but doing a 3 round match (first to 2) would be pretty cool, especially if it's with highly aggressive and lethal teams like this.

Loved the video great work as always, guys! Really brutal on the Phobos end, though! I’d love to see a rematch with these two teams. Dice be dice sometimes and I think now that you guys are doing rematches, this would be a good one to revisit!

6vs6 matches seem to end up like this a lot. Even if it doesn't get this lopsided you may still end up in a position where if you move, you gain no VP and opponent will kill you, so everybody just stands still near a safe point.

These marine vs marine battles always end up in 10 minute carnage. Might as well go for best two out of three or do a more specific mission where straight up killing won't cut it.

fast one, when phobos got initiative the stealth assault charge on the plasma would be juicy and maybe turn a lot of things around. But dice do be dice

Vanguard ignores first 2" rather than the 1" shown in the card ~4:05. And adds 1" to movement. Someone copy-pasting from Waha and losing the black triangle and white circles, eh?

It took longer to prepare the game, than actually playing it. half an hour for map, another 30 minutes, plus minus 10 to barricades, select tac ops, deploy and scout... so around 1 hour before moving the first miniautres, vs. 25 minutes for tp1 and tp2 combindes, tops!!!

Lol I just played a game just like this. Same teams same objectives, but we were on open. I was playing legionaries turn 1 I melted his leader with a plasma gun and I kept one shotting his guys, he conceded at turn 2. it was hard to watch

There is subtitles in green text at the beginning, the narration is literally saying what the text says.

These ITDgames are so boring, especially with elite teams with few operatives. It's just a series of one on one standoffs with a dice check-who rolls well and who rolls crap. No tactics, no manoeuvers...
