Should have used a fender that matches tire diameter. Would have looked much cleaner and wouldn’t have to cut the ill fitting section off.

Was there a reason you welded the front support to the seat rail instead of the battery box tray?

Trial and error. It now has a lower support off of the battery tray too.

Hey man what was you clearance from chain to tire?…mines close at a 1/4 I think Im going to have to trim my 6in fender so the chain wont hit…im using tc bros hardtail and they said the frame calls for a 130-150 tire so I went with 150

You'll have to trim a 6 in fender. I used a 5 inch fender for a tighter fit with no need to trim.

It's just a common flat fender. Available from almost any motorcycle parts website
