no it doesnt mean much to hear that from a manager who was not successful in the more modern era. His last CL title was over 10 years ago but football has developed in style and intensity since then. He has no impact on the game at all anymore. He has no style that can match modern requirements.

when they lost in Barcelona 0-3 I was devistated, honestly. But Jurgen came up and said how proud he was, that the players gave it their best, and it was true. He didn't make a big fucking deal about it, and I guess the players just know, and feel comfortable playing under this regime of honesty and hard work. They sure fucking repaid him for that grace in defeat, thats for sure. I only disagree about "mourinho is football and football is mourinho"...that's all...there are other coaches that changes the way of football being played. I'm also a fan of Mourinho & I think it's about time for him to coach a national team.

I think so, liverpool are famous with champion mentality, saw it under Benitez while they are not even as good as Arsenal or Man utd at that point, and they fight Milan twice in final.
