A man with character and when he is the manager of the club, even the president has to listen or he just says good bye. Unprofessional but freaking awesome. 😂

From his antics during pre-game and post game media interviews to his dugout drama with players and staff but the most important thing is that he delivers. Be it a Semifinals or Cup Finals his team/s are there. Small budget and Big budget teams he's managed to get them there.

The pep Jose rivalry is the biggest. It didn’t start when Jose joined Madrid. They’ve got history to when they were both at Barca. Then later when Jose felt he was promised the Barca job that eventually went to pep. You could a whole video about it. More research is definitely needed

Mourinho was the best at his prime and maybe still is a great manager. He was a victim of his own demise. His 'us VS everyone else' mentality broke him at some point. He was never at his best(or happy really...) after RM TBH.

Saying Mourinho did nothing in CL when in Madrid was total bull sht. Dude got us to Semis in all 3 years he's here, when Madrid were struggling to pass Ro16 over 6 years prior. Mourinho beat arguably the best team ever Barca's Pep in league, while Benitez got sacked 6 months into his tenure in Madrid. Sure Mourinho was toxic af, but he instill warrior mentality into his players.

Also won copa del rey for real after something like 17 years and won the league with record points and goals that made pep leave barca and retire for 2 seasons. He is the reason real are at this level today.....fast counter football jose started it at real and its still the same philosophy now

@BigPurp; you are aright ; the reason for this is because Mourinho gave up on United long ago before he was fired; he was actually waiting for him to be fired; once he didn’t get the players he wants and promised by Woodward and they won’t support him to get rid of the rotten apples in the squad he gave up . You forgot about Tito Vilanova incident, Mourinho was angry of getting defeated by Barcelona but also not being able to drag Guardiola into his fight (which he tried hard to bring him into the ring). That incident showed Mourinho lost control like Wenger did.

as a city fan (yes i am one of those rare species that are city fans), i would have loved mourinho at city, infact even though its not possible now becoz mourinho went to utd in 2016 but if he didnt join utd in 2016, i would have wanted him more over pep , is he better than pep ? no not saying that but he is definitely equal , so yeah i think if he goes at a club that backs him he would do the wonders he used to
